Strange Design is a Phish tribute band recreating full Phish shows in their entirety! They use actual set lists, stage set ups, and lights from over twenty years of Phish’s history. The band is coming to Sullivan Hall in NYC on Aug 22 & 23 and is bringing with them one of Phish’s most celebrated performances ever!!

I agree Gerry, Acorn played with Phix in Seattle a year ago, and it was definitely cool to see them pull off the experience. Really though, I can only wonder what those guys could punch out as original material.. they were all great musicians. I guess a niche is a niche.
Acorns are filled with rainbows, joy, love, happiness, and friendship… if that’s what you mean by weak.
i’ll be checking out Strange Design in NYC, mostly because i saw their original project, www.myspace.com/musicemotive and I respect them for it. I can’t wait for Earthdance, though. It’d be cool if Strange Design played there.
